Elizabeth uses an integrative approach, primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating elements of Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting as needed to find the best fit for each person.
With extensive experience working with teenagers, young adults, and family systems, Elizabeth specializes in supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, self-worth, and other psychological struggles. Beyond therapy, Elizabeth enjoys tennis, reading, fitness, and horses.
