MEDITATION
New Class Starting
January 2025
**Each session will feature a short talk exploring of one of the teachings, 30 minutes of guided meditation, and will conclude with a community discussion, Q&A, and the opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners.
**While there is a natural progression to the series, each class stands on its own, allowing participants to attend individual sessions and still gain valuable insights and benefits. Space is limited, preregistration is recommended.
This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
Dress in clothing that allows you to sit comfortably in a chair, or on a meditation cushion. Feel free to bring a blanket, meditation cushion or pillow for your comfort. Chairs and/or meditation cushions will be provided.
You may bring a bottle of water that has a secure cap.
UPON ARRIVAL
Remove your shoes and leave them outside of the studio. Place your phone on silent. Enter the studio and find your place to sit with quiet awareness and turn your attention within.
