Dawn is a compassionate and empowering counselor who specializes in fostering growth and transformation. Dawn combines Integrated Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic Therapy to support your journey toward balance and fulfillment. With over 25 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and trauma-informed practices, she offers a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth.

Dawn supports individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship, parent-child, divorce, pregnancy, parental, postpartum, and adoption-related struggles. Dawn is especially passionate about helping parents navigate the challenges of family life.

Dawn also teaches yoga and meditation, including Yoga Nidra, to all ages, using Somatic Therapy to enhance emotional well-being. Outside her work, Dawn enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family and her French bulldog, Sweeti.
