 JONATHAN SHERBY MA, BCC, LPCC

My style is warm, empathic, collaborative, and sometimes humorous, taking a holistic mind-body-spirit point of view. I aim to create a safe, nurturing, inspiring, and empowering environment. It is important you feel heard, seen, and known. While any issue you are facing is welcome here, some of my passions include: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ptsd, addiction, disordered eating, gender, sexuality, spirituality, parenting, romantic partners, career, and the navigation of these relationships, both private and professional.

My belief is everyone has the power to heal and has the answers within; I am here to journey with and support you through this process so you can get to where you want to be.

There are any number of reasons a person may find themself seeking a counselor. From challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, the list can be long. One commonality is that we all can face struggles in our lives. Therapy can help, and I would be honored to spend time with you working towards what you want to achieve.

“I do not view the therapeutic process as a one-size fits all/cookie cutter approach. I meet you where you are, and we work together to develop a therapeutic plan.”
