EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often known as “Tapping” or “EFT”, is a universal healing tool and revolutionary treatment method that can provide impressive results for physical and emotional pain, disease, and issues. EFT is an evidence-based self-help therapeutic technique that addresses and clears chronic negative emotions (fear, depression, phobia, guilt, traumatic memory, etc) from past experiences that are energetically stored in the body.
